It is the basic course for students to understand the fundamental concepts, theories, principles and the flow of operations, but also to lay solid foundation for further projects decisions making The requirement: Students are supposed to understand basic knowledge of engineering economics, the time value of money, evaluating business and engineering assets, development of project cash flow and handling project uncertainty, etc. Then they can use the knowledge to analyze the various economic phenomena in society. The specific targets: To learn the basic knowledge and conception of money management and engineering analysis. To understand time value of money money management, etc. To focus on the present-worth analysis, rate of return analysis. To study the knowledge of project cash flow analysis. 《工程经济学》是软件学院专业公共课。通过教学，学生应掌握工程项目经济评价的基本原理和基本方法，并能做出合理的决策。通过习题、案例、财务评价大作业，掌握财务评价的完整过程，并能应用于实践。 课程基本要求 掌握复利计算的利息公式和等值计算方法。 掌握投资方案评价判据的计算公式和评价标准及适用状况． 掌握方案的比较和选择方法。 熟悉资金筹措方式，了解项目融资的概念； 掌握工程项目财务分析的完整过程。 熟悉工程项目经济分析的方法—费用效益分析，了解费用—效果分析方法，了解工程项目社会分析的主要内容； 掌握盈亏平衡分析方法，敏感度分析方法，风险型决策问题分析方法。 2. Assessment and Homework . Students are required to finish financial analysis of projects with the given data materials, and to compile the tables as followings: the balance sheet, the income statement and the cash flow statement with the data, conduct debt management analysis make liquidity analysis, asset management analysis conduct profitability analysis and market-value analysis make uncertainty and sensitivity analysis finish the analyses above and come to conclusions 课
