The annual mean temperature is higher; both annual precipitation and sunshine hours are close to normal year; although types of meteorological disasters are diverse, economic loss is slighter. The Features of Weather/Climate in Hebei in 2018 are as follows: the annual mean temperature is 12.6°C, with 0.8°C above the normal. Spring and summer mean temperatures are significantly higher and the other two seasons are near the normal. The annual mean precipitation is 509.2 mm, which is 1.2% more than normal year. Seasonal precipitation is disaccord obviously: more rain in spring, unusually more in April; less rain in winter and autumn; summer rain is close to normal.
