摘 要目前,煤矿安全形势严峻,大的事故频繁出现,给人民,社会带来巨大的损失.煤矿作为一个高危行业,由于生产环境的特殊性,条件多变性和不可知性,发生事故的机率较高,安全工作历来成为全社会关注的话题.矿难频发可以看作是高能耗,粗放式的经济发展模式的市场反应,矿难的发生又具有必然性,矿难频发又具有令人痛心的某种规律性.本课题从煤矿自身原因,社会和政府原因两个方面逐个分析,从中得出煤矿安全事故的深层次原因,并结合国外煤矿安全管理的先进经验,给出我们国家减少和预防煤矿事故的具体措施:各个煤矿作为责任主体,是安全生产的内因,各种政策措施和政府有关部门的监管,则是外因,现实的选择是以外因促内因,使责任主体真正负起安全的责任.关键词:煤矿事故 原因 措 施AbstractAt present, the security situation of the colliery is severe , great accident frequently appears , bring enormous loss to people , society.
