《自然地理学》课程教学大纲 The Course Syllabus of Physical Geography 一、课程基本信息 课程代码 课程名称：自然地理学 英文名称：Physical Geography 课程类别：学科基础课 学 时：48 学 分：3 适用对象: 人文地理学专业 考核方式：考试 先修课程： 二、课程简介(Brief Course Introduction) 自然地理学是人文地理学专业的专业基础课程。课程内容可分为三部分：第一部 分即第一章，讲述地球作为宇宙的一员，在宇宙的位置和与太阳系其他天体的关系， 地球的运动、构造和物质组成。第二部分即第二章 至 第七章，讲述自然地理环境各 组成要素（地质、地貌、水文、气象、土壤、生物等）的概念、形成过程、基本特性 及其类型和分布；各要素与其他要素的相互关系及其对自然地理环境的影响；人与各 要素的相互作用。第三部分即第八章，自然地理综合研究，主要讲述自然地理环境的 地域分异规律；土地的评价；人地关系的协调发展。本课程的学习要求学生掌握各自 然地理要素的形成过程、特征、类型和分布，各要素间的相互关系及其对自然地理环 境的影响；比较全面地了解综合自然地理学的基本理论。认识到人地协调发展的重要 性，合理开发利用自然资源，保护生态环境 Physical Geography is one of the key specialized courses for Human Geography specialty. The contents of the course consist of three parts. The first part, i.e., the first chapter, introduces the cosmic location of the Earth and the connection between the Earth and other celestial bodies, and the moving, the structure and the matter constituent of the Earth. The second part, including from the second chapter to the seventh chapter, introduces concept, developmental processes, essential character, types and distribution of every element (geology, geomorphology, hydrology, weather, pedology, biology etc) of environment of physical geography, the correlation between one element and other elements and the impact on environment of physical geography resulting from every element, and the action between every element and human activities. The third part, i.e., the eighth chapter, synthetic research of physical geography, mainly introduces the rules of regional difference, estimate of land, developmental correspondence between the Earth and human activities. Make the student to master the developmental processes, the essential character, the types and the distribution of every element of physical geography, the c
