There are interdependence, mutual penetration, mutual influence exist in between the bank and the enterprise, especially more outstanding in the banks credit business. The main business of the commercial banks is to absorb deposits and loans. Many businesses of Enterprises operating can be handled by the bank, such as the transfer of funds, investment and financing, payment of wages and so on. In this situation that our country is building system of socialist market economy, handling the relation between the bank and the enterprise, make themselves develop coordinately together, will promote our country economy grow stably, sustainable and rapidly.
