* Part requirement (part drawing、math data、measure point) Checking fixture/gage design concept Final review on the checking fixture/gage design with required drawing SGM checking fixture engineer、SQE、PE、 ME should attend the concept meeting in which complex or important parts will be concerned .This meeting can be held in SGM or Supplier plant. SGM Checking fixture engineer and SQE are responsible for the final design review. Checking fixture approval process -SGM Response by Part suppliers and their tooling source，supported by PE and ME Checking fixture/gage design drawing formally approve SGM Checking fixture engineer and SQE are responsible for A sheet approval. Checking fixture/gage manufacturing Tooling supplier is With responsibility for manufacture，part supplier follow up. Checking fixture/gage CMM inspection Tooling supplier is With responsibility for inspection，part supplier follow up. Checking fixture/gage RR analysis Checking fixture/gage final building approve SGM C/F engineer、SQE are responsible for final building review. Part supplier should sign on a C sheet with regard to the CMM,RR and operation manual reports. It is asked to be at manufacturing place to approve the fixture and sign on B sheet (see the B sheet) Tooling supplier is With responsibility for Gage RR analysis，part supplier follow up and support. *
