刘庄煤矿1.5 Mt-a新井设计 高瓦斯煤层放顶煤安全开采与瓦斯治理新技术.docVIP

摘 要 本设计包括三个部分：一般部分、专题部分和翻译部分。 一般部分为刘庄煤矿1.50 Mt/a新井设计。刘庄井田位于安徽省阜阳市。东西走向长约3.88~4.97 km，南北倾向长1.67~2.37 km，面积约9.152 km2。主采煤层为13-1、11-2、8、5和1煤层，平均倾角为12°，平均厚度为18.5 m。井田工业储量为234.4 Mt，可采储量为147.14 Mt，矿井服务年限为75.46a。矿井正常涌水量为250 m3/h，最大涌水量为750m3/h。矿井绝对瓦斯涌出量为27.46m3/min，属于高瓦斯矿井。 根据井田地质条件，提出四个技术上可行的开拓方案。方案一：立井一水平开采（岩石大巷）；方案二：立井一水平开采（煤层大巷）；方案三：立井两水平开采（岩石大巷）；方案四：立井两水平开采（煤层大巷）。通过技术经济比较，最终确定方案一为最优方案。水平标高-700 m。 设计首采区采用采区准备方式，工作面长度230 m，采用一次采全高，矿井年工作日为330 d，工作制度为“四六制”。 大巷采用胶带输送机运煤，辅助运输采用矿车运输。矿井通风方式为中央分列式。 专题部分题目：高瓦斯煤层放顶煤安全开采与瓦斯治理新技术，介绍我国放顶煤开采技术的发展过程，阐明放顶煤采煤法是一种既高产又安全的采煤方法。对于高瓦斯煤层进行放顶煤开采，在硬顶煤和硬顶板特殊的地质条件下，必须采取特殊的措施才能安全开采；煤与瓦斯共采；煤与瓦斯突出动态预测技术；煤与瓦斯突出区域预测技术；瓦斯煤尘爆炸危险性预测评价技术。 翻译部分题目Coal facies studies in Spain西班牙的煤炭相关研究。 关键词： 立井；岩石大巷； 采区布置； 一次采全高； 中央分列式。  ABSTRACT This design can be divided into three sections: general design, monographic study and translation of an academic paper. The general design is about a 1.50 Mt/a new underground mine design of Liuzhuang coal mine. Liuzhuang coal mine lies in FuYang City, Anhui province..It’s about 3.88~4.97 km on the strike and 1.67~2.37 km on the dip, with the 9.152 km2 total horizontal area.The minable coal seam is13-1、11-2、8、5 and 1 with an average thickness of 18.5 m and an average dip of 12°.The proved reserves of this coal mine are 234.4 Mt and the minable reserves are 147.14 Mt, with a mine life of 75.46 a. The normal mine inflow is 250 m3/h and the maximum mine inflow is 750m3/h. The mine gas emission rate is 27.46 m3/min, the mine belongs to high gas mine. Based on the geological conditions of the mine, I bring forward four available projects in technology.The first is vertical shaft development with one mining level (rock); the second is vertical shaft development with one mining level (mine) ; the third is vertical shaft development with two mining levels (rock); the last is vertical shaft development with two mining levels (mine).
