So, explore the influencing factors on the quality of the medicinal materials, comprehensive, more link to take measures to improve the quality of medicinal materials, is to improve the vitality of traditional Chinese medicine, a key step to the internationalization of Chinese medicine development. keywords ：medicinal materials；quality ；influencing factors 1 种质 1.1 药材的种子退化 对药用植物而言， 种子的质量决定了该品种的品质， 其对药材的安全性、 稳 定性及有效性都会有所影响 [1] 。种质资源在药材良种繁育的过程中起关键作用， 优良品种的选育是保证药材质量的基础。 随着对中药材需求量的日益增加、 对药 用植物自然生存环境的破坏和过度采挖， 部分药材的野生资源日益枯竭， 人工栽 培品种不断增多，发展药材人工栽培是今后药材生产的必由之路。 据不完全统计， 我国人工栽培的中药材近百种，由于栽培技术还比较落后， 20 多年来我们对药 用植物种质资源的保存研究不力， 致使有的栽培品种消失了。 我国药用植物优良 品种选育、繁殖，推广工作做得太少 [2] ，导致许多优良品种的种子种苗严重退 化，已从根本上影响了中药材的质量 [3] 。 1.2
