摘 要
随着科学技术的日新月异,一方面是社会分工的越来越精细,另一方面则是企业之间、国家之间、地区之间的合作越来越广泛。电子商务作为一种新的经济形式,是人类历史上继农业革命、工业革命后的第三次产业革命——商务革命。电子商务是一种新兴的商务形式,且备受世界各国的重视,它对中国社会经济产生了重大影响,在创造巨大经济效益的同时,也从根本上改变了整个社会商务活动发展进程。它大大改变了人们传统的交易方式和思维习惯,带动了经济体系结构的变革,成为推动经济发展的巨大助力,与此同时,也存在发展水平相对较低、安全得不到质的保障、诚信问题令人堪忧、技术跟不上时代步伐、法律制度在网络上上不是特别完善、受传统营销模式限制等诸多问题,这些都只有约了电子商务在我国的进一步发展。本文客观分析我国电子商务的发展现状,重点研究了我国电子商务发展中遇到的一些问题,并采取适当的对策加快电子商务的发展,有助于我们更快的推进电子商务的发展进程,推动经济更好、更快的发展。

Abstract
