孔子德育思想的现代意义研究 摘要 随着智能时代的到来，技术革新的速度越来越快，人类机械劳动的价值受到了极大的挑战，但人类独有的道德价值日益凸显。现代社会“人”本身的教育该用什么样的方式进行实践越来越受关注。紧跟时代发展的步伐，改善国民素质、提高祖国新一代的道德修养，成为了当前道德教育研究的新方向。 本文基于道德体谅模式以及道德教育发展阶段论等理论，通过阅读相关文献，再结合大量孔子教育学生的相关案例，对孔子的德育思想进行了分析、整理。孔子德育思想的核心是“仁”，培养对象是所有能够学“礼”的人，目的是培养君子，同时孔子还十分重视因材施教等教育方法、重视德育环境的选择以及评判标准的建立。本文提出应站在当下及未来语境下分析德育现状和孔子德育思想的现代意义，并进一步认为，根据现代教育设备及教学资源相对完备，但教育模式相对滞后的现状，现代道德教育应该注重发展学生个性、提高学生主观能动性，同时改善教学环境、构建合理的道德评判体系，做到与时俱进。 关键词：孔子； 德育思想； 现代意义 Research on the Modern Significance of Confucius Moral Education Thoughts Abstract With the arrival of the intelligent age, the speed of technological innovation is faster and faster, the value of human mechanical labor has been greatly challenged, but the unique moral value of human increasingly prominent. In modern society, more and more attention has been paid to the ways in which the education of human itself should be practiced. Keeping pace with the development of The Times, improving the national quality and improving the moral cultivation of the new generation has become the new direction of moral education research. Based on the moral understanding model and the theory of the development stage of moral education, this paper analyzes and sorts out Confucius thought of moral education by reading relevant literature and combining with a large number of relevant cases of Confucius students.
