In November, 2013, Yancheng State-Owned Assets Group restructured the asset of Aoxin Company and Aoxin has become its wholly-owned subsidiary since then. Aoxin is a new energy automobile production company announced by Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. It has received many honorary titles including National High-Tech Enterprise, Jiangsu Provincial Private Technical Enterprise, Jiangsu Provincial Leading New Energy Automobile Enterprise in Major Industry Chain and Jiangsu Provincial Pilot Enterprise of Technological Innovation. It also initiated the International Cooperation Alliance on the innovation of Jiangsu provincial leading new energy automobile industry.
