Farewell letters are often written to express thanks to somebody for the hospitality and kindness you’ve received from him or her. Farewell letters consist of several essential components, e.g.: Express your thanks for your association with the people you are leaving and for their kindness, love, support, friendship, etc. Repeat how much you value this friendship. Recall one or more of the good times youve had together. Offer your best wishes for the future. Read the following two samples of farewell letters and answer some questions; Learn to write your own.
