Amendment of SOW for XX SAP Project XXXXX Page PAGE 5 A Proposal for additional new BTO business and roll out of SAP R/3 at Fullerton and Houston Plant (XXXX) of XXXX Industry Background XXXX Industry (HH) has engaged Compaq Taiwan (CPQT) to assist in the implementation of SAP R/3 in the US. CPQT has then subcontracted out to XXXX (XXXX) to perform the SAP R/3 implementation. According to original project scope defined as SOW, XXXX has two manufacturing sites in the US with Houston as the headquarter. These two plants are belonging to XXXX Corporation company code. The original scope of work was to implement two plants ( located at Fullerton and Indy) by March, 2001. Due to three reasons stated below, HH and XXXX have decided to go live at one site- Fullerton Plant on 5th March with their BTS business model only. The reasons are:- BTO business process and collaboration model are to be further identified with XXXX’s customer (Compaq CPCG) which has some changes after March 2001. In addition, HH has raised a new change request to change the base currency of the HH Company Code in SAP from US Dollar (USD) to New Taiwan Dollar (NTD). Due to HH internal business reasons and judgment, Indy plant will not implement SAP, instead, HH has decided to setup a new plant at Houston to implement SAP with the BTO business model only. Due to the above reasons, the original project scope and schedule are subject to change and modification to meet HH business needs. As a result, HH would like to extend some additional works. These additional works should be understood among three parties, HH, Compaq and XXXX, and should be added to the original project SOW as follow up action items. Additions The three major additional works are: 1. HH has raised the new requirements for their BTO business model and would like it to go live on 1 May 2001 in Fullerton. HH has also raised the needs to have XXXX Consultants support during their MVB on BTO model on 4 June 2001 in Fullerton. 2.
