PAGE PAGE 1 摘 要 在科技迅猛发展的今天，人民生活水平也在逐步上升的同时，我们国家的医药包装行业却停滞不前，仍停留在使用继电器控制系统生产产品，然而这种控制系统却有着不可靠，线路极其复杂，出现故障问题难以解决的障碍。在现如今制药行业的高速发展和扩宽，人们对药品的质量、外观、卫生尤其看重，传统的控制系统已经不能跟上现代社会对医药品产品质量的迫切需求。因此为了顺应时代的潮流，对包装机不论是外在还是系统均要进行改良，要做到最基本的外观整齐，质量优良，生产便捷等。所以本篇论文即将介绍的是基于PLC控制系统的全自动袋成型药品包装机，这种PLC控制系统对我国医药品全自动包装机进行了有效的改善，从而使得药品包装机得到了显著的质量提升。 本文主要讲述了包装机的控制系统、工作流程、软件设计以及硬件设计。PLC的选型采用三菱FX2N系列PLC，用于实现全自动药品包装机的启动与停止，实现制袋-充填-封口-打印生产日期和有效日期-切断袋膜等功能，完成整个全自动包装机的自动化控制。可编程控制器(PLC)在自动化生产中起到了至关重要的作用，作为控制系统的核心装置得到了广泛的应用。本次设计的全自动包装机具有控制灵活、可靠性好、使用性强等特点，适用于大多数的自动化药品包装作业。 关键词：PLC； 自动控制； 自动装填； 袋成型； 包装机 ABSTRACT In the rapid development of science and technology, peoples living standards are rising at the same time, the pharmaceutical packaging industry in our country has stagnated, still remain in the relay control system used the production of products, but this is not a reliable control system, the fault line is extremely complex and difficult to solve the problem of disorder.
