摘要
职业生态的构成,其主体一般为领导、同事、跨部门的同事、客户、供应
商、合作机构以及同种职业圈等方面,其共同形成了职业生态。目前,企业正
处于激烈的市场竞争中,不断加强企业战略部署、发展格局的完整性和前瞻性,
导致企业的管理者一味地为利奔波,忽视了企业职工的工作环境建设、企业文
化建设、职工激励制度制定等,导致了职场生态的破坏和不稳定,从未对企业
人力资源管理造成了困难。本文,根据职场生态的影响因素以及发展过程中出
现的问题,对职场生态问题形成的原因进行了分析。提出了改善职场生态的建
议及措施。

Abstract
Professional ecology, the main body of the general leadership, colleagues,
