资本市场与公司财务研究
摘 要
我国的资本市场伴随着市场经济的从无到有,见证了中国经济的发展与腾飞,
并对经济的发展起着很大的促进作用。资本市场的发展与成熟，为企业提供品
种多样的融资平台。本文首先介绍了资本市场与公司财务的相关概念以及其特
点，进而介绍了中国资本市场的发展以及现状。然后分析了资本市场中国企业
公司财务存在的问题，如缺乏完善的财务管理制度、缺少高素质财务管理人员
、企业融资难度大、投资缺乏科学性等，最后针对以上问题提出了相应的解决
办法。

Abstract
The capital market of our country with the market economy from scratch,
