网络文学版权保护存在的问题及数字时代网络文学版权保护思考 摘要：技术发展与时代变迁刺激了文学的解放，诞生了更加多样的体裁与形式，网络文学便是其中最为典型的代表。相较于传统文学，网络文学因其数字化存在形式可以使得其传播更为便捷。但在另一方面，也带来了相当多的问题，即网络文学盗版形式更加多变，严重侵犯了内容生产方的利益，为其带来了巨大的经济损失，同时也破坏了该产业的良好业态环境。 对于这些问题，我国目前还没有行之有效的保护方式，同时也缺乏相应的规范条文。因此，本文试图通过对我国网络文学版权保护现状的研究，分析研究网络文学版权保护体系中存在的问题，以期为网络文学版权保护机制的完善提出切实可行的建议。 关键词：网络文学;版权保护;行政执法 The development of technology and the change of times stimulated the liberation of literature and gave birth to more diverse genres and forms, among which network literature is the most typical representative.
