AS/NZS 2293.2/Amdt 2/2008-08-05 STANDARDS AUSTRALIA/STANDARDS NEW ZEALAND Amendment No. 2 to AS/NZS 2293.2:1995 Emergency escape lighting and exit signs for buildings Part 2: Inspection and maintenance CORRECTION The 1995 edition of AS/NZS 2293.2 is amended as follows; the amendments should be inserted in the appropriate places. SUMMARY : This Amendment applies to Clauses 1.4.2, 2.2.6, 2.3.6 and 3.2.2.1. Published on 5 August 2008. Approved for publication in New Zealand on behalf of the Standards Council of New Zealand on 17 June 2008. Clause 1.4.2 AMDT No. 2 Delete the text of Clause 1.4.2 and replace with the following: AUG 2008 Maintenance records shall be in the form of hard copy record tags or log books. Electronic copies may also be used. The following requirements shall be needed: (a) A durable cover. (b) Allowance for the provision of binding. (c) All record details of the undertaken procedures as outlined in Sections 2 and 3.
