我国生态经济发展现状及对策研究 摘要 我国的环境污染与改革开放 30 多年的经济增长相伴相长，并伴随着治 污技术 、相关制度和财政投入的持续跟进而趋于下降和稳定。本文 主要研究如何恢复生态环境以及生态经济发展问题，主要内容如下 : 首先，介绍了生态经济的基本概念、生态经济出现的背景以及我国发 展生态经济的必要性。 其次，介绍了我国现阶段生态经济的发展现状及存在的问题。近年来 我国的生态经济建设取得了一些成绩，但是也出现诸多问题，如生态环境 污染不断加重、可用资源的大量浪费、缺少技术支持、缺少法律保护等。 再次，通过对德国、美国等国家发展生态经济的经验的介绍和比较， 总结先进国家治理生态环境和方法 , 对我国生态经济发展有一定的借鉴意义。 最后，针对我国生态经济发展过程中存在的问题，结合我国的国情， 提出了发展生态经济的对策建议。 关键词 生态经济；自然资源；生态环境；工业污染 I II Abstract Environmental pollution and our 30 years of reform and opening up economic growth accompanied with long, along with pollution control technology, relevant systems and ongoing follow-up and financial investment tends to decline and stability.
