PAGE PAGE 4 医院2015年呼吸内科中成药用药分析 XX医院 XXX 摘要 目的：通过了解医院呼吸内科中成药的使用情况及治疗效果，为今后的临床用药提供更好的参考。方法：本文主要通过医院网络系统回顾性调查的方法来了解2015年某医院呼吸内科中成药的使用情况，并运用Excel对搜集到的数据进行统计分析，分析的项目类型主要分为中成药处方的药品品种、数量、金额、剂型、用药频度及日均费用。结果：笔者所调研的某医院的呼吸内科在2015年共使用234种中药品种，销售总额为628816.73元。在这些重要品种中大多都是口服制剂类药物，而该类中成药的销售额为613493.16元，约占销售总额的97.58%。从具体的产品类型来看，销售金额排在前三位的是苏子降气丸、金莲花胶囊、清开灵口服液；DDDs排序前三位的是苏子降气丸、复方鲜竹沥液、百令胶囊。结论：通过对该医院呼吸内科门诊用药的研究分析，结果表明其中成药用药基本合理。 关键词：呼吸内科；中成药；用药分析 Abstract:Objective: to provide a better reference for the future clinical use of drugs in the Department of internal medicine by understanding the use of proprietary Chinese medicine in hospital.
