PAGE PAGE 4 医院2015年肾内科中成药用药分析 XX医院 XXX 摘要 目的：通过了解医院肾内科中成药的使用情况及治疗效果，为今后的临床用药提供更好的参考。方法：本文主要通过医院网络系统回顾性调查的方法来了解2015年某医院肾内科中成药的使用情况，并运用Excel对搜集到的数据进行统计分析，分析的项目类型主要分为中成药处方的药品品种、数量、金额、剂型、用药频度及日均费用。结果：笔者所调研的某医院的肾内科在2015年共使用234种中药品种，销售总额为628816.73元。在这些重要品种中大多都是口服制剂类药物，而该类中成药的销售额为613493.16元，约占销售总额的97.58%。从具体的产品类型来看，销售金额排在前三位的是金水宝胶囊、海昆肾喜胶囊、复方肾炎片；DDDs排序前三位的是金水宝胶囊、六味地黄胶囊、五灵止痛胶囊。结论：通过对该医院肾内科门诊用药的研究分析，结果表明其中成药用药基本合理。 关键词：肾内科；中成药；用药分析 Abstract:Objective By understanding the hospital urology department at the use of proprietary Chinese medicine and the treatment effect, provide better reference for future clinical application. Methods This article mainly through the retrospective investigation method to understand hospital network system in 2015, a hospital urology departments use of the proprietary Chinese medicine, and by use of Excel to the statistical analysis of data collected by the analysis of project types is mainly divided into the proprietary Chinese medicine prescription drug varieties, dosage form, frequency, quantity, amount and average daily expense. Results on the research of a hospital urology department in 2015, a total of 2015 kinds of Chinese traditional medicine varieties, the total sales is 628816.73 yuan. In these important species mostly oral drugs, and the sales of proprietary Chinese medicine is 613493.16 yuan, accounting for about 97.58% of the total amount of sales. From the perspective of a specific product type, the sales amount in the top three is the goldwater bao capsule, hai kun renal xi capsule, compound nephritis; DDDs sequencing is the goldwater treasure the three capsules, liuwei dihuang capsule, five spirit analgesic capsule. Conclusion Through the study of the renal medicine hospital outpatient drug analysis, the results show that the medicine basic reasonable medication. Key words Renal Medicine; Chinese patent medicines; drug analysis 引言 近年来，国家出台了多项关于中药的政策。从整个产业链上来看，中药产业的发展潜力是非常大的。从当前的情况来看，中医药在治疗肾病方面成果卓著。中成药药品对减缓慢性肾病的发展具有很好的疗效。同时
