In one’s life, I think, impossible is nothing.When I do something I will do it best. During 2007.06-, I am the project engineer in ************** Be responsible for project(Keypad,lens, Deco-film and so on )review, including the technology and structure review, I will be charged of the sample arrangements, track, and resolve the problem,until the project in mass production,the tooling: plastic toolingTPT tooling and the assembled jig tooling,the technology has injection,hard coating,printing,spray,laser cutting ,CNC,TPT,hot melting and so on The sample schedule confirmed, dealing with the quality issue and customer complain ,Work out the SOP，BOM、APQP、PPAP、ECN report which is related to the project(also in English) , Hold on the meetings about the project plan,customer complaining,pilot run,the mass-production ,dealing with about the process unusual and product improvement. During 2006.06-2007.06 I am the product engineer in ********* Be responsible for the project management, including the tooling and the jig, from the sample making to mass production, working out the Flow chat 、SOP、PPAP ,etc My advantage I think I am honest ,serious,and work hard , When I do something I will do it best. My disadvantage I think , cannot leave a job half-done and usually find myself thinking of possible solutions to problems while I am driving to work or in the shower. I also know I spend too much time in my work., I cant get enough leisure time.” Advantages: get along well with others, open, polite to people, work seriously.
