流域环境保护与管理课程论文 学 部： 建设工程学部 专 业： 水文与水资源工程 班 级： 建研1704班 姓　　名： 学 号： 任课教师： 土壤污染概念及评价指标 金新峰 （大连理工大学，116000，辽宁大连） 摘要: 土壤污染是指在人类生活也生产的过程中排出的废水、废气、废渣等物质进入土壤中,超过土壤自净能力,接地危害人畜健康的现象。由于土壤环境的具有的介质种类比较多，不同地方和区域中介质种类会有很大的差异，并且由于土壤具有多界面性，复杂性和多变性，决定了土壤环境污染不同于水体污染和空气污染，由于各种性质的不同，导致评价指标也具有不确定性，目前用于土壤评价的指标有，环境背景上限值、相关国家指标参考（比如美国加拿大等国家的相关标准）、污染临界值等。本文以课件2.3为基础从土壤污染的概念出发，概括土壤污染源的特点，并对现有的土壤污染评价标准进行概括。 关键字：土壤污染；评价标准 Soil pollution concept and evaluation index Jin xinfeng (Dalian University of Technology, 116000, Dalian, Liaoning) Abstract: Soil pollution refers to the discharge of waste water, exhaust gas, waste residue and other substances into the soil during the process of human life and production, exceeding the ability of soil self-purification and grounding to endanger the health of humans and animals. Keyword: Soil pollution; evaluation criteria 土壤问题是我国急需解决的重大环境问题之一。我国土壤环境现状总体形势不容乐观,部分地区土壤污染较重，农耕地的质量堪忧，工矿业废弃地得不到合理改善。同时由于导致土壤污染的各种污染源复杂多变,有些污染危害严重,同时土壤环境监督各种法制不建全，公民保护土壤意识淡薄，土壤环境保护面临诸多挑战 REF _Ref500942277 \r \h [1]。目前国内外许多学者对土壤污染这一问题进行研究，研
