Lubricating oil, hydraulic oil and cooling oil that equipment use should not be doped, mixed or replaced. Operators should ensure the filling oil is clean, filter oil if necessary. Operators must carry out the lubrication process regularly, qualitatively, quantitatively. Maintenance man on duty should keep the equipment and surroundings clean and in order. Shift manager should keep each control system, operating system, mechanical part complete and functional, solve the problem immediately. If it influences the production, must report to the office. Repair man should observe their duty area regularly, if they find some problem about maintenance, inform the maintenance man, and solve in time. Running procedures Operators must check all mechanical part, control lines fully, confirm they are in good condition, and then start the operation.
