上海市初中新任数学教师职业认同研究.pdf

摘要 教师职业认同是指教师在工作中表现出的一种态度，主要包括教师对其职业 价值的认知，以及对职业的归属感，其属于教师教育的研究内容。研究表明，教 师职业认同的研究与教师在工作中的职业倦怠感、工作幸福感等的研究有较强的 相关关系，其可帮助学校以及政策制定者了解教师在工作中的心理状态，以此制 定出有益于教师专业发展的政策。 本研究的研究重心在于了解上海市初中新任数学教师的职业认同现状，研究 方法采用问卷调查法，选取闵行区 102 名入职 0-3 年的初中数学教师作为调查对 象。研究分为五部分，第一部分为绪论，分别介绍了研究背景、研究问题与研究 意义。第二部分为文献综述，界定了关于教师职业认同的核心概念。第三部分为 研究过程，介绍了研究方法、研究对象等。第四部分是研究结果与问题分析。具 体的，采用独立样本 T 检验、方差分析和非参数检验等方法对数据进行分析，分 析结果表明：（1）上海市初中新任数学教师的职业认同总体上处于较高水平；（2 ） 在性别、职称、本科专业、教龄、户籍、学历、职位以及是否有亲属从事教师职 业等因素上，初中新数学教师的职业认同不存在显著差异；（3 ）在入职动机、性 格、工资因素上，初中新数学教师的职业认同感存在显著差异。之后根据分析结 果，从入职动机、技能培训、全社会氛围以及工作负荷等方面提出了若干建议。 最后在第五部分对全文作了总结与展望，指出本文研究内容的不足之处、提出课 题研究的优化方法。 关键词：初中数学教师；教师职业认同；新教师 II Abstract Teacher’s professional identity refers to an attitude of teachers in their word, which mainly includes teachers’ perception of their professional value and s sense of belonging to the profession, which belongs to the research content of teacher education. Studies have shown that the study of teacher professional identity has a strong correlation with teachers' job burnout and job well-being at work, which can help schools and policy makers understand the psychological state of teachers at work to formulate policies conducive to the professional development of teachers. The research focus of this study is to understand the status of professional identities of new mathematics teachers in junior middle schools in Shanghai.
