I 年产 400 万平方米内墙砖工厂原料车间工艺设计 摘 要 根据学校本科毕业设计要求，通过调研和查阅大量资料，并结合内墙砖生产特点和 环境保护要求，同时考虑了一定的长远发展规划，设计了一年产 400 万平方米内墙砖工 厂。其中原料车间和原料库棚为重点设计，其它生产车间（含土建，水电，给排水，运 输，环保等）为方案性设计。文中详细介绍了设计依据、设计原则、设计方案和设计理 念，对各车间工艺流程做了认真地比较和阐述，并进行了详细的物料衡算和设备选型衡 算。 关键词 ：工艺设计，原料车间，内墙砖，工厂设计 II The Design of Interior wall tile Raw Material Process Workshop with an Annual Output of 4,000,000 Sq.-meter ABSTRACT We design Interior wall tile factory, which output is 1,500,000 sq.-meter per year. The technical process is the core of the project, the calculation of the raw material and selection of the equipment were included in the direction. The design of the whole factory and the no technical part were also discussed. We choose the best of the technical process during the time of the design. In a word, the design is very realize. The factory design is a very important link for a technical worker to make a good basis for the future study and working. It can make us to comprehensive go over, use and improve our finishing study, train the ability of thinking, analyzing and salving problem, and reduce the distance of the theory and practice. This project is primary to the design of raw material and glaze workshop. These were processed with minute calculation of the raw material and the selection of the equipment. We also discuss for the disposal of the whole factory ’inchnographys and offer the detailed information for the buiding.In this project, the arts and crafts of manufacture and the equipment are advanced and full-blown.
