摘 要 租赁作为企业在现代融资的重要方式之一，对经济产生的影响也越来越大， 而租赁会计准则也随着租赁业务的不断发展来规范着租赁业务，当下企业可以利 用现行的租赁准则进行表外融资，虽然表面上降低企业的管理成本和财务风险， 却造成企业财务状况不能够真实的反映，极大的影响了企业会计信息质量要求， 同时也对会计报表使用者的经营决策造成阻碍，经过多次讨论与修改，最新版国 际租赁会计准则，通过引入了使用权模型，取消承租人的经营租赁模式，租赁业 务进入表内核等举措，有效避免了表外融资现象，促进了租赁行业的健康发展。 本文主要采用案例研究的模式，基于租赁会计、现代产权和会计准则的经济 后果的理论基础，首先围绕新国际租赁会计准则这条主线，通过对比分析了新租 赁准则实施前后对承租人在IFRS16与CAS21两项准则在主要内容的变化差异； 其次由于我国航空产业受租赁业务的影响较深，所以以国内三大航空公司之一的 东方航空公司为本文具体研究对象，从新国际租赁准则实施前后对东方航空作为 承租人在会计处理的变化，进而深入到财务报表及财务指标等财务指标体系产生 的变化影响进行财务绩效分析，结果得出了在新租赁准则应用后，东方航空将会 增加企业的资产和负债，大幅提高企业的成本费用，各项财务指标呈现下降态势， 将对企业的健康发展产生不利影响。 本文通过充分合理的对比阐述新旧准则的变化以及进一步通过对东方航空 在新准则实施后定量与定性的分析，在Z—Score模型以及经济增加值的应用上 更深入的证明了新准则的实施将给东方航空带来不利的影响，并针对新准则实施 下将对东方航空产生的各种影响，有条理的提出了有效合理的应对建议，帮助东 方航空可以有效的进行过渡，同时也希望可以帮助其他企业为应对租赁准则变化 提供一定的参考价值。 关键词：新国际租赁会计准则；经营租赁；东方航空；财务绩效 I Abstract Leasing as one of the important ways of enterprise in modern financing, the impact on the economy is becoming more and more big, and lease accounting criterion with the continuous development of leasing business to regulate the leasing business, the enterprise can make use of the current off-balance-sheet financing lease criterion, although on the surface, reduce the management cost and the financial risk of the enterprise,but caused a reflection of enterprise financial situation cant be true, great impact on the enterprise accounting information quality requirements, but also to the accounting statement users get in the way of business decisions, after many discussions and modification, the latest edition of the international lease accounting standards,by introducing themodel oftheright totheuse,Measures such ascanceling the lesseesoperating leasingmode and lettingthe leasingbusinessintothe core ofthe table effectively avoid the phenomenon of off-balance sheet financing and promote thehealthy developm
