摘 要 武汉网球公开赛是我国第三大职业网球赛事，为增强其地区影响力、群众参 与性、社会知名度，旗下开设了三大系列赛，武汉网球公开赛城市网球俱乐部巡 回赛 （以下简称 “武网城俱赛”）即为其中之一，二者为主从关系。武网城俱赛 六年的顺利开展对扩大武汉网球公开赛的品牌价值起到积极影响。 为保障武网城俱赛可持续性发展，需立足于我国网球发展的新形式和武网城 俱赛面临的新情况，把握赛事定位与目标、调整赛事组织与规程、发现和改正赛 事问题与不足。帮助赛事发展转入新的良性循环，进一步提高武汉网球公开赛知 名度、品牌度，传播其赛事文化。扩大网球群众基础，助力武汉打造我国特色“网 球之城”。 文章采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、逻辑分析法、数理统计法、访问法进行 分析调查，通过本研究发现武网城俱赛存在以下八个方面的问题与不足：参赛运 动员结构不均衡、竞赛项目设置少、赛事奖励设置偏低、活动资金运行不畅、赛 事推广传播缺位、办赛规模正在缩小、竞赛场地数量及分布不合理、分站点地域 分布有限。 基于上面的分析，本文总结产生上述问题原因包括外部环境和内部组织两方 面的四个因素：我国业余网球整体大环境、武汉网球公开赛的连带效应、赛事组 织工作的科学性、赛事组织工作的效率性。 文章根据对武网城俱赛目前存在问题的总结和挖掘，提出以下六点应对策略： 补全竞赛项目，优化人员结构；增设奖金，树立行业标杆；引入资本，扩宽吸纳 渠道；加大宣传力度，打造品牌赛事；兴建场馆，提升资源配置；健全管理体制， 延伸市场产业链。 最后，本文得出以下四点结论：武网城俱赛的开展取得了实质性成果；武网 城俱赛呈现螺旋式上升的发展态势；武网城俱赛参赛群体具有业余化、大众化特 性；武网城俱赛开展过程中出现的问题具有多样性的特征。 关键词： 城市网球俱乐部 巡回赛 现状 对策 I Abstract Wuhan open is the third largest professional tennis tournament in China.
