Description of Weighing Anchor * * Anchor watch What are the potential threat to safety of the ship while the ship is at anchor? What should the OOW pay attention to while keeping anchor watch? What are used to observe the position of the ship while at anchor? What does dragging of the anchor mean? What should be done if the ship is found to be dragging anchor?
