摘 要
随着互联网的日益普及, 社会经济高速发展, 电子商务的发展也日益兴旺起来。 互联网的实时性、 关联性、丰富性为旅游业的发展注入了新的活力。 但是电子商务应用于旅游行业是机遇,又是挑战,它推动了旅游业的发展,也使得旅游行业面临很多问题。
首先,本论文设计将基于市场调研, 采用资料分析法、观察法、访问法、实验法、 swot 分析法等方法分析洛阳市电子商务的发展现状, 包括市场潜力、 市场份额、品牌形象, 销售分析、营销趋势。其次,将洛阳市的旅游业与电子商务二者紧密结合起来分析其现状并
提出相应解决措施, 达到使旅游企业减少经营成本的投入, 摆脱传统经营模式的束缚, 满足旅游者的个性化要求, 进一步完善旅游企业的服务形式, 促进洛阳市旅游电子商务的快速发展的目的。

Abstract
With the increasing popularity of the Internet and the rapid development of social economy, the development of e-commerce is also increasingly prosperous. The features of timeliness, relevance and richness of the Internet have injected new vitality into tourism industry. The application of e-commerce in the tourism industry is not only an opportunity, but also a challenge. It has promoted the development of tourism, but also made the tourism industry face many problems.
First of all, the design of this paper will be based on market research, using data analysis, observation, access, experimental, swot analysis and other methods to analyze the development of e-commerce in Luoyang City, including market potential, market share, brand image, sales analysis and marketing trends. Secondly, this paper will make the tourism industry and e-commerce in Luoyang City as one to analyze the status quo and put forward the corresponding measures to achieve the tourism enterprises to reduce operating costs, get rid of the traditional business model of the shackles to meet the individual needs of tourists and further improve the tourism business services in the form of tourism in Luoyang City to promote the rapid development of Luoyang’s tourism industry.
