土木工程毕业设计框架结构——宾馆 XXXXXXX宾馆设计 XXXXXX Bridge Design 学 院：土木工程学院 专 业 班 级： 学 号： 学 生 姓 名： 指 导 教 师： I 摘 要 此次毕业设计是宾馆设计，为现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构。本工程位于沈阳市和平区某一地段，建筑物外形为L形，中间做圆弧形处理。总占地面积约为1200平方米。设计使用年限为50年，耐火等级II级，采光等级为II级，抗震等级为三级。 建筑设计上该方案平面形式有明显变化，外观更加大气、美观，视觉效果较佳。空间宽敞明亮，给人以舒服的感觉。设计使用年限为50年，耐火等级II级，采光等级为II级，抗震等级为三级。 结构设计上该方案柱网对称布置，柱距合理，结构整体性强。并进行手算及电算。手算包括：荷载计算、内力计算、内力组合、梁截面设计和配筋计算、框架柱截面设计和配筋计算，基础设计等。荷载计算分为竖向荷载计算和水平荷载计算，竖向荷载作用下的框架内力计算采用的是分层法。计算水平荷载的作用采用的是“D值法”电算部分由广厦计算，绘制结构施工图。 在整个毕业设计过程中，把大学四年的所学知识结合运用在一起，并且要求我们要有分析解决问题的能力，使我受益匪浅。 关键词：框架结构；钢筋混凝土 ；结构设计；荷载组合 II Abstract According to the hotel design specifications and other relevant standards and design requirements, and provide geological data, the design of the framework of the hotel.
