At present, to develop out high-accuracy flying saw controller is the key difficult problem which has drew recently more and more attention from metallurgy enterprise,mechanical industry and research academies and institutes. Firstly,the paper analyzes and compares the fom classical acceleration/deceleration algorithms such as the linear, the exponential, the linear and parabola, the S and trigonometric acceleration/deceleration curves, which need satisfy the requirements of high-speed motion system. The trigonometric function curve is chosen to be the best one which is a minimum to flexibility limit and more relatively steady and smooth among the classic curves. Then, sum up out one kind of modified trigonometric function curve on the basis of Chebyshev Polynomials approximation method. At last, test and get a good tracing effect by sending given curve signal to the flying saw system according to the simulation of DC servo controls system module. Secondly, application of General Transducer on flying saw can not reach the speed regulation index of DC driver. The main reasons can be explained from two aspects: one aspect the vector control can not realize the complete decoupling control in AC control system; the other aspect direct torque control of an induction machine exhibits the bad control effect in a low speed. Therefore,a new stator current internal model decoupling controller has been designed on the basis of muli-variable internal model decoupling theory, and been added into the whole vector control system. The simulation result of new system has certified that the system had still kept a good performance in decoupling effect when the parameters of motor model were changed and the steady and dynamic state targets had been impro
