摘 要 学生干部队伍建设是高校学生管理中的重要内容,在以往的民办高校发展过 程中,大部分民办高校都是参照公办高校的管理模式进行学生管理。但随着近年 来我国民办高校的快速发展,在高校建设中的影响越来越大,很多高校都办出了 各自的特色。民办高校与公办高校之间的发展模式及战略正在逐渐区分开来,在 很多发展与管理方面,传统的照搬公办高校的做法依然不合适。在民办高校的快 速发展过程中,各大民办高校之间的竞争也越来越激烈。所以,在学生干部队伍 建设方面,也慢慢突显出一些问题,想要在激烈的竞争中获得胜利,民办高校有 必要对此进行探索创新。 本文以公共管理理论为视角,运用所学理论知识,结合走访调查、逻辑分析 等研究方法,对江西省民办高校学生干部队伍建设问题展开分析,从而进一步针 对存在的问题,探究问题成因,提出针对性的对策。 研究表明,江西民办高校学生干部队伍建设存在的问题主要体现为学生干部 队伍建设缺乏专业性、管理理念缺乏服务意识、对学生干部的培养投入较少三大 问题。基于此,本文结合所学公共管理理论知识,提出了提升学生干部队伍建设 工作的专业性、创新管理模式,加强服务意识、加大学生干部培养投入等若干针 对性的对策。 关键词:民办高校;学生干部;队伍建设;公共管理理论;对策 I Abstract The construction of student cadre team is an important part of student management in colleges and universities. In the past development process of private colleges and universities, most of the private colleges and universities conducted student management by referring to the management mode of public colleges and universities.However,with therapid development ofprivate colleges anduniversities in China in recent years,the influence in the construction of colleges and universities is increasing, many colleges and universities have their own characteristics. The development modes and strategies of private and public universities are gradually separated. In many aspects of development and management, the traditional practice of copying public universities is still inappropriate. In the process of the rapid development of private colleges and universities, the competition among them is becoming more and more fierce.Therefore, in the construction of student cadre team, some problems are gradually highlighted.
