一般过去时讲解及练习 一、一般过去时的概念和用法 一般过去时表示过去某个时间发生的动作或存在的状态,常和表示过去的时间状语连用。一般过去时也表示过去经常或反复发生的动作。 Eg:-What did you do yesterday? -I met Lin Tao . (过去某个时间发生的动作) I was there a moment ago. (过去某个时间存在的状态) We often played together when we were children.(过去经常或反复发生的动作) 注:表示过去经常发生的动作还可用used to 。 Eg:He used to smoke a lot, but he doesn’t now. 他过去经常抽烟,但现在不抽了。 常用于一般过去时的时间状语 yesterday, this morning,just, just now, ...ago(a moment ago,3 days ago,2 hours ago...), in the past,last night / year / week, once upon a time, the other day,以及时间状语从句中(常用引导词:before,after,when,until,as soon as 等) 。 Eg:It was raining heavily when I left school. Mr Green didn’t start cooking until his son was back from school last night. 三、 一般过去时对谓语动词的要求 一般过去时用动词的过去式构成。即一般过去时的谓语动词要用动词的过去式。动词过去式的构成分规则变化和不规则变化两种形式,不规则变化通常需要逐个记忆,规则变化则遵循以下原则: 一般在动词后加-ed。 如:play—played, offer—offered, weigh—weighed, destroy— destroyed, sign—signed. 在以字母e结尾的动词后,只加-d。 如:like—liked, provide—provided, hate — hated, date—dated。 在以“辅音字母+y”结尾的动词后,则改y为i,再加—ed。 如:supply—supplied, fly—flied, study— studied. 在以单短元音的重读闭音节结尾且,末尾只有一个辅音字母的动词后,双写最后一个辅音字母,再加-ed。 如:plan—planned, refer—referred, regret—regretted, ban—banned. 四、部分不规则动词过去式归纳: 词义 现在(原形) 过去式 词义 现在(原形) 过去式 是 am, is (be) was 有 have, has had 是 are (be) were 听 hear heard 成为 become became 受伤 hurt hurt 开始 begin began 保持 keep kept 弯曲 bend bent 知道 know knew 吹 blow blew 学习 learn learned, learnt 买 buy bought 允许,让 let let 能 can could 躺 lie lay 捕捉 catch caught 制造 make made 选择 choose chose 可以 may might 来 come came 意味 mean meant 切 cut cut 会见 meet met 做 do, does did 必须 must must 画 draw drew 放置 put put 饮 drink drank 读 read read 吃 eat ate 骑、乘 ride rode 感觉 feel felt 响、鸣 ring rang 发现 find found 跑 run ran 飞 fly flew 说 say said 忘记 forget forgot 看见 see saw 得到 get got 将 shall should 给 give gave 唱歌 sing sang 走 go went 坐下 sit sat 成长,种植 grow grew 睡觉 sleep slept 五、一般过去时的否定句和疑问句 1.带有was或were的句子 否定句在was或were后加not。 一般疑问句把was或were提前,其他照写。 注意:主语是I/we的句子变疑问句时I\we变成you/you。 Eg1:I was ten years old then. 否定句:I wasn’t ten years
