Financial statements can better reflect the enterprises financial position and operating results, can also predict the future profitability of the enterprise level and the level of risk. Therefore, the financial statement plays an important role for an enterprise. Through financial statements analysis, we can fully understand the management ability, profit ability and debt paying ability of the enterprise, to make decisions is beneficial to better and faster of enterprises development. This paper mainly discusses the relations of the financial statements and enterprise value, the lack of financial statement analysis, how to use the financial statement analysis to reveal the enterprise value, etc. Finally, research how to use financial statement analysis to maximize the enterprise value on the basis of the analysis.
