Keywords: small and medium-sized enterprises; Accounting; Problem; countermeasures 引言 近年来，我国中小企业在促进国民经济增长、满足人民生活的许多的需要,发展社会生产力和维护社会稳定、促进企业技术创新中发挥着越来越重要的作用。但是，目前中小企业会计在其发展过程中存在着许多问题，这些问题往往和中小企业自身特色的连接，所以就很容易被忽视。笔者认为，这些问题恰恰是中小企业发展过程中亟待解决的问题，应引起企业和社会有关各方的高度重视。中小企业由于自身存在很多限制条件，资本和技术方而都比较薄弱，在这个经济高速运转的时代表现出很多与当前巾场经济发展不相适应的管理问题。因此，加强中小企业的管理上作，从管理上实现企业的良好运转，充分实现中小企业对整个社会经济的繁荣作用很有必要。会计核算管理在中小企业的管理工作中处于中心地位，会计核算管理上作的监督职能是不可替代的。中小企业会计核算中存在的主要问题有:会计核算力量薄弱，建账不规范，核算主体不清，管理模式僵化，则务控制薄弱，制度混乱。 一、会计核算相关知识 （一）会计核算定义 会计核算是以货币为主要量度，对企业、机关、事业单位或其他经济组织的生产经营活动或者在预算的执行过程中与它的结果所进行系统地、连续的记录，定期的编制会计的报表，形成了一系列的成本、财务、成本的指标，根据以考核的经营目标或者计划完成的情况，为经营的决策制定和国民经济的综合平衡提供了可靠的资料和信息。 （二）会计核算方法
