经典专科、本科、硕博、研究生、期刊毕业论文 仅供参考 精心整理 仅供参考 勿用作商业用途 南京高星级旅游饭店从业人员外语水平能力的现状与改善 摘 要 改革开放以来，外国宾客纷至沓来，而他们下榻的宾馆饭店正面临着无尽的机遇和严峻的挑战，因此餐饮行业员工的外语应用能力正接受新时代的考验。如何通过外语培训来提高宾馆饭店员工的外语能力，成为了紧迫需要解决的问题。本文结合南京市高星级旅游饭店从业人员外语水平能力的实际情况，分析了当前从业人员的外语水平，发现目前的外语水平不能适应当前旅游形式的发展趋势，有必要进一步提高。然后分析了影响饭店从业人员英语水平的因素和环境，并对英语水平高低对饭店的发展会造成什么样的影响作了详细介绍。最后从现实情况出发，研究探讨高星级饭店从业人员英语的培训现状，发现并没有相应的培训机构和培训课程的设置，所以根据这样的现实情况，本文从饭店方面、政府方面和从业人员自身三个方面提出了提高饭店从业人员英语水平的方法，希望通过企业、政府和员工的齐心协力共同提高从业人员的外语水平，为国际友人入住提供温馨高效的服务，为南京市高星级饭店的发展提供更好的外部条件，促进南京市经济的发展。 关键词：高星级饭店；从业人员；英语水平；提高 Change the status of the Nanjing high-star tourist hotel employees in foreign language proficiency and improvement Abstract Since the reform and opening up, foreign guests to pour in, and they stayed with hotels and restaurants are faced with endless opportunities and severe challenges, foreign language proficiency of the catering industry employees are receiving the test of a new era.
