【最新资料,Word 版，可自由编辑！】 摘 要 商业超市是当前最重要的商业经营形式之一，为了进一步提高商业超市的 管理水平和竞争力，管理信息系统在商业超市中的应用已是大势所趋。而采购 管理主要负责处理整个超市的库存的更新等往来数据信息。往来信息处理的及 时、准确会促进商业超市成本的降低，加速资金的回流，提高各级管理人员管 理决策的水平。因此采购管理在整个超市管理信息系统中具有举足轻重的作用。 本文对小型超市管理信息系统中的超市采购管理子系统的设计与开发过程 进行详细说明。本系统设置了 5 个功能模块：请购单管理、订购单管理、合同 管理、资金请求管理、系统管理。请购单管理模块中，主管审批时参照接受库 存部门的请购信息生成采购订单。在采购模块中实现订购单的新建、修改、撤 销功能。采购定单生成后对应生成采购合同，按照合同的付款信息，及时向财 务部门反馈用款信息，经批准后更新部门可用资金数目。合同完成后，为库存 提供到货信息。 本系统基于 技术，前台使用 Visual Studio 2005 作为开发工具，使用 C# 语言开发，数据库使用 SQL Server 2000 。快捷方便的实现了系统的开发。 关键字： 超市，信息管理系统，采购管理系统 ，采购 ABSTRACT Commerce supermarket is one of the most important commerce working forms, in order to improve the management level and the ability of competition of the commerce supermarket, the application of the managing information system used in the area of commerce supermarket has been the great direction.
