It also has a profound impact on the aviation industry. Domestic airlines are slowly entering the world market and facing new challenges. With the increase of international routes, airlines not only have to receive domestic passengers, but also receive passengers from abroad. Regardless of whether it is on international flights or domestic flights, the link process is very common, and the quality of its services cannot be ignored. This paper first expounds the relevant service quality theory, and based on this theory, analyzes the transit service of China Southern Airlines. Then, according to the management system related to the quality of the airlines transit and inter-department service, the practical problems in the quality of the transit-linked service are analyzed. Finally, according to these problems, the corresponding improvement plan is proposed. I hope to provide reference for improving the quality of transit and joint service and promote the development of Chinas aviation industry.
