采矿工程金矿毕业 设计说明书 的励声女）》大T SHANDONGUN I V E R S I T Y OF TECHN OLOGY 毕业设计说明书 苏家口金矿矿山工程总体设计（专题:充填系统） 摘要 本设计的主要设计内容是根据苏家口金矿区矿山实际地质资 料,完成矿山生产规模为 100t/d工程的初步设计。共分为 10章节, 包括苏家口金矿开拓、 运输、提升、通风、排水、供气、安全 生产等各项系统的设计。 苏家口金矿矿体矿体规模属小型 ，矿体形态呈脉状、 透镜状, 总体形态较为复杂，矿体厚度变化不大，属厚度较稳定型。根据矿 床开采条件，选取了技术可行、 经济合理的采矿方法，并按照指导 书要求，独立完成相关方案论证、 参数计算、图纸绘制等工作。 矿井采用下盘竖井开拓方式 ，采矿方法采用削壁充填法，主要 工作包括落矿、 矿石搬运、 崩落围岩及充填、 平场、喷射混凝 土垫层、 架设顺路溜矿井等；通风方式采用中央对角式通风，主井 为进风井，两翼风井为回风井；采场内通风，两边顺路天井进风，采 场中间的探矿天井回风；矿山的运输方式采用电机车运输 ，矿山排 水采用集中式排水；矿山动力供应的设计主要是空压机的选择。 本次设计让我对矿山工程设计的程序有一个较深入的理解 ，使 我的实际工作能力得到较大提高。 关键词：开拓,井底车场，削壁充填采矿法，矿井通风，矿井提升运输 Abstract The main content of the design is that, according to Su Jia Kou Mining actual data, complete mine production for 100t /d conceptual design. The primarily design is divided into 10 chapters,including Sujiakou Gold exploration,transportation, lifting, ventilation, drainage, gas supply, production and other system design. The orebodies of Su Jia Kou are small scale gold orebodies, the overall pattern ofore body is more complex, little change in the thickness of the orebody, is thinner than stable. According deposit mining conditions, select a technically feasible and economically reasonable mining method, and follow the instructions, completion of the relevant design demonstration, parameter calculation, drawings and so on. Mine shaft development using footwall way; mining method used resuing law, mainly includes the inbreak ore and the wall rock, the ore transporting, erects on the way the raise, the filling operation ;ventilation with central diagonal ventilation, the main shaft of inlet wells, wings air shaft for the return air shaft; stope ventilation on both sides drop inlet patio, patio prospecting pit in the middle of the return air; mine transportation by motor vehicle transport, mine drainage using a centralized drainage; mine power supply is mainly empty press selection.
