Abstract
Nagasaki LRT Navigation Promotion Council provides the service named

DOKONE. It distributes the location data of the low-floor vehicle operated
by Nagasaki Electric Tramway to passengers mobile terminal. This
system detects tram and users positions by GPS, and transmits
