1.0 PURPOSE AND SCOPE目的及工作范围 This procedure further defines and supplements the Planning and Scheduling requirements found in Procedure No. CHRP-PC-PP-0001, Project Controls Requirements for Contractors. These requirements will be included within each Contract ITB package and subsequently incorporated into the final contract agreement. Contractor will incorporate this Procedure into its Planning and Scheduling procedure(s). 本程序是对CHRP-PC-PP-0001对承包商项目控制要求程序中的计划与进度作进一步定义及补充。这些要求将包涵在每一个合同ITB中，随后会并入到最终合同条款中。承包商将把本程序纳入它的计划与进度程序中。 2.0 RESPONSIBILITIES责任 Planning and Scheduling, as defined herein, will be a mandatory requirement of this Contract. It is the responsibility of the Contractor to provide and utilize planning and scheduling in such a manner as to: (1) effectively direct, control and monitor the administration of the Contract Agreement; and (2) provide Owner with sufficient data and projections for the duration of the Contract. 计划与进度是本合同的强制性要求。承包商有责任编制和落实进度和计划，以便对合同条款的执行进行有效地指导和监控；并在合同执行过程中向业主提供充足的数据和预测。 The Contractor shall provide a scheduler(s) capable of performing the duties described in this procedure. He/she shall be proficient with CPM scheduling, familiar with the EPC scheduling for refinery projects. Any Contractor submittals which are deemed to be incomplete or insufficient will be revised and resubmitted to the Owner in a timely manner.
