经典专科、本科、硕博、研究生、期刊毕业论文 仅供参考 精心整理 仅供参考 勿用作商业用途 武汉纺织大学会计学院/外经贸学院 2013级学年论文 题目： 国有企业风险管理的现状与对策 院系： 会 计 学 院 专业： 会 计 学 姓名： 张 飞 导师： 汪 四 新 2016年10月20日 精心整理 仅供参考 勿用作商业用途 摘 要 随着我国市场经济的快速发展，使企业面临的客观风险和主观风险的几率增加。尤其是当前金融危机席卷全球的背景下，风险管理已成为企业管理的重要内容。风险管理起源于美国，并逐步推广到世界。我国对风险管理的研究起步较晚，绝大多数中国企业缺乏对风险管理的意识，没有对风险管理产生足够的重视，从很大程度上削弱了中国企业的抗风险能力，在危机面前容易造成大的损失。我国国有企业掌握着国民经济命脉，决定着国家经济发展的成败，因此国有企业风险管理的改革和发展更关系着中国企业的前途和命运。如何有效的在国有企业里实施风险管理，成了我国国有企业的当务之急。 本文从国内外关于企业风险管理的文献研究开始，首先介绍了风险管理产生的背景，风险管理理论的主要内容，然后阐述了风险管理的发展历程，重点介绍了我国国有企业风险管理的现状并进行了原因分析，最后针对这些问题提出了促进我国国有企业健康稳定发展的对策 关键词：国有企业； 风险； 风险管理； 对策 精心整理 仅供参考 勿用作商业用途 ABSTRACT With the rapid development of Chinas market economy, the objective risk and subjective risk increases the odds that the enterprise faces. In particular, the background of the current financial crisis sweeping the globe, risk management has become an important part of enterprise management. Risk management originated in the United States, and gradually extended to the world. Risk management in China started relatively late, the vast majority of Chinese enterprises lack the awareness of risk management, did not generate enough attention to risk management, largely weakened the anti-risk ability of Chinese enterprises in the face of a crisis likely to cause large losses. Chinas state-owned enterprises to master the national economy determines the success or failure of the countrys economic development, the reform and development of state-owned enterprise risk management related to the future and destiny of the Chinese enterprises. How effective implementation of risk management in state-owned enterprises, has become the top priority of Chinas state-owned enterprises. This article starts from the domestic and international literature on enterprise risk management, first introduced the background of risk management, risk man
