The author expound the situation of the country to prevent and investigate illegal activities of manufacture drug, and analysis it exist some issues of the work to control the illegal production, operation, purchase and transportation of precursor chemicals, then put some effective countermeasure forward to control precursor chemicals, in order to better control it, and to curb the harm of the precursor chemicals at the source. 【Keywords】 Precursor chemicals; Control; Problem; Strategy 引言 随着国际毒巢的泛滥，新型毒品开始出现在我国各个地区，合成类新型毒品在我国的泛滥形势日趋严重，因易制毒化学品是非法制造毒品中的主要原料，所以大量易制毒化学品也就经常走私、贩运，流入制毒渠道。可见要从源头上减少毒品危害，就得严格规范易制毒化学品的管理，堵源截流。“没有易制毒化学品，就没有毒品”已经成为了全球人们的共识，因而易制毒化学品的管制工作是何其重要，然而由于易制毒化学品的品种众多，管理混乱，管理结构不合理，易制毒化学品的监管工作存在严重挑战。为进一步加强易制毒化学品管理，从源头上遏制毒品的泛滥，必须清楚易制毒化学品的管理现状，明确易制毒化学品在管理工作中存在的问题，寻求易制毒化学品的管理对策。 易制毒化学品管理现状 （一）法律法规得到了进一步完善 国家陆续制定颁布了《易
