经典专科、本科、硕博、研究生、期刊毕业论文 仅供参考 精心整理 仅供参考 勿用作商业用途 增加失地农民对策研究 摘要:随着社会经济的不断发展，城乡一体化成为必然趋势，土地的合理征收利用是资源整合优化的重要途径。但是土地作为农民赖以生存的物质基础，在农村土地大规模被征用的过程中，失地农民数量激增，其生计的可持续面临严峻挑战，成为不可避免的难题。失地农民收入增加问题的解决研究将有利于我国经济的健康协调发展，对切实维护农民合法权益，缩小城乡差距，推动城市化发展，建设社会主义和谐社会具有重大意义。本文拟从失地农民收入增加的相关理论入手。研究新疆失地农民生存现状，分析其收入内外部环境影响因素分析，针对新疆失地农民面临困境，包括收入来源不稳定、失地后难就业、社会保障不到位、角色转换困难等问题，针对性的提出可行的解决措施，从未推动农村经济发展，农民增收。 关键词：新疆失地农民；就业收入；隐性收入；收入提高对策  Abstract:With the social and economic development, urban-rural integration has become an inevitable trend, rational use of land expropriation is an important way of integration and optimization of resources. But the land as farmers depend on the material basis for survival in a large-scale rural land expropriation process, the number of landless peasants surge, which is facing severe challenges to sustainable livelihoods, become an inevitable problem. Landless farmers income increase in problem solving research will benefit the healthy and coordinated development of Chinas economy, to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of farmers, to narrow the gap between urban and rural areas, promote urban development, building a socialist harmonious society is of great significance. This paper start from landless peasants income related theory. Research on Present Situation landless farmers survive, analyze the external environment factors in its analysis of income for landless farmers facing difficulties in Xinjiang, including sources of income instability, difficulty after losing employment, social security is not in place, the role reversal difficult issues, propose targeted workable solutions, never promote rural economic development and farmers income.
