经典专科、本科、硕博、研究生、期刊毕业论文 仅供参考 精心整理 仅供参考 勿用作商业用途 学 号： 题目类型： 论文 (设计、论文、报告) 桂林理工大学博文管理学院 毕业设计(论文) 题目： 阳朔旅游厕所满意度研究 ——以世外桃源、西街、大榕树景区为例 二级学院： 经济与管理学院 专业(方向)： 旅游管理 班级： 班 学生： 指导教师： 2016年5月10日 经典专科、本科、硕博、研究生、期刊毕业论文 仅供参考 精心整理 仅供参考 勿用作商业用途 摘 要 厕所是解决人们生理需求的基本场所，是旅游基础配套的服务设施，是构成景区形象的重要元素，在一定程度上的反映了当地的地域特征、以及文化特征。厕所在满足人类正常排泄需要的同时，也是一个地区、国家人类文明缩影的体现，而作为一个有着5000年历史的文明古国，不应该只重“进口”轻“出口”。随着旅游业的蓬勃发展，一系列旅游厕所问题，如布局不合理、厕位分配不合理、厕所导厕牌过少、重建设轻管理、不文明如厕等现象不断凸显，影响了游客满意度，旅游业因此深受其害。而享有“桂林山水甲天下，阳朔山水甲桂林”美誉的阳朔，更是以旅游业作为支柱产业，尽管这里山水如画，也依然止不住游客的“望厕兴叹”。所以厕所问题成为了影响阳朔旅游业发展的瓶颈。针对这种现象，笔者提出了合理设置男女侧位数量比例、科学设置并增加导厕牌、提倡文明如厕等建议，坚决拥护倡导清洁、舒适、健康和文明如厕的先进厕所文化。 本篇文章主要是以对阳朔热门景区世外桃源景区、西街、大榕树景区为目标精细实地调研，采用文献分析法、社会调查法以及问卷分析法，解释旅游厕所与游客满意度之间的关系。对调研的三个旅游厕所是否能够达到满足游客基本使用标准进行分析，对目标景区现有厕所存在的问题进行归纳总结，并提出自己对旅游厕所建设方面的意见及建议，使旅游厕所能够在旅游活动中发挥其真正作用，提高游客对景区的满意度。 关键词：旅游厕所；厕所革命；满意度 Yangshuo toilet satisfaction Arcadia, West Street, Banyan tree scenic area as an example Student： Abstract: Toilets are basic places to address physiological needs, tourism infrastructure facilities constitute important elements in the image, to some extent, reflects the local geographical features, as well as cultural identity. While meeting human excretion is the toilet and miniature embodiment of human civilization in a region, country, and as a country with 5000 years of history, ancient civilizations, should not import light export. With the rapid development of tourism, a series of tourism toilet problems, such as irrational, reasonable distribution of toilet, toilet flushing too little light and heavy construction management, uncivilized phenomena such as toilet constantly highlighted, affected the tourist satisfaction, tourism therefore suffer. Guilin landscape is the best, and Yangshuo landscape tops that of Guilin reputation of Yangshuo, is based on tourism as a pillar industry, though there is picturesque, it still cant stop tourists lookin
