COK CRT Operation Keyboarding This class will cover how to use a computer terminal. It will teach how to turn on/off a computer terminal. It will teach how to sign on off the IBM computer/ It will describe how the keys on the keyboards operate and it will allow the participants to practice typing into the terminal. ROK This class will cover how to use a radio frequency computer terminal. It will teach how to turn on/off the RF terminal. It will describe how the keys on the radio frequency terminals operate and it will allow the participants to practice typing into the terminal. RMM This class will cover maintaining resource records. Resources include raw materials, finished goods and non-balance items such as burden and labor. Information I the master file includes: General Information - Size, Pack, Weight, Description; Planning Information - Lead times, Safety Stock; Warehousing Information; Location Information - Default consumption whs., Default consumption location; Purchasing Information. PMM This class will cover maintaining production models. Production models can be thought of as PRISM’s version of a Spec. Each finished good and in-process item has a production model setup in PRISM for it. the production model is composed of task (Mix, Pack, etc.), operations, and lists of resources. the production models reflect whether a resource will be theoretically consumed or direct issued not the production floor. PUR This class will cover purchasing raw materials and finished goods. The receiving department will be receiving in raw materials against open P.O.’s. The Class will cover Blanket P.O.’s, releases off P.O.’s, Spot Buys etc. PLN This class will cover Master Production Planning and responding to recommendations from the planning run. The planning run looks at your future requirements based on a time horizon which you specify.
