We have in the Luxembourg Office been working with EUROSTAT (The Statistical Office of the European Community) for the past 4 years on various projects.
More recently we have developed and are in the process of implementing a “Corporate Plan” for the future.
This project is really a consolidated approach to define company objectives and goals, define weaknesses and improve the way service is be delivered to the users of their Statistics.
Eurostat is an 800 employee organisation (all are public servants). One key component of this project has been to involve the personnel. Approximately 100 employees have participated in working groups to define both problems and solutions. I have included our proposal if it can be of help.
We are now approximately 18 months into what is best described as a “Change Management “ project.
