PAGE PAGE 1 ZARA与李宁的存货管理对比研究 摘　要：存货管理指企业对于库存或尚未售出货物与原材料的管理。存货占用企业资金的很大一个部分，对资金的流动性有很大的影响，从而影响企业的发展。良好的存货管理可以有效的控制存货的数量，加快企业资金的流动性，对企业产生良性的影响。近几年来，李宁公司的库存管理是令人担忧的。大量的库存，制约了企业的发展。而快时尚领导者ZARA的存货管理一直走在世界的前端，企业发展迅速。因此，必须重视对存货的管理。本文对企业存货管理的现状进行详细的研究，对企业存货管理中存在的问题进行详细的分析，并且提出一系列的解决方法，以确保企业存货管理工作顺利进行，降低企业的存货数量，提高存货的周转速度和总资产周转率，提高企业的经济效益,使企业的存货不对企业的发展产生较大的影响，对企业的盈利能力和长期发展能力具有不可忽视的意义。 关键词：存货管理；ZARA；李宁；经济效益 Study on?ZARA Compared With Li Nings Inventory Management Abstract：Inventory management to show the enterprise for the management of inventory or unsold goods and raw materials. In recent years, li ning companys inventory management is worrying. A large number of inventory, restricted the development of enterprise. And fast fashion leader ZARAs inventory management has been walking in the front end of the world, the enterprise is developing rapidly. Therefore, must pay attention to the management of inventory.
