PAGE PAGE 7 家族企业的融资困境和对策 摘 要：家族企业在全世界普遍存在,据统计,世界范围内80％以上的企业属于家族企业， \o "世界500强" 世界500强企业中有37％由家族所有或经营。家族企业在全世界几乎所有经济发达的地区中大都居于主导地位。本文将从家族企业的发展与特征出发，分析家族企业融资现状并分别从内部和外部环境着手重点对家族企业影响因素进行阐述,提出提升家族企业融资能力的对策。本文意在向家族企业提供合理融资的宝贵意见，使得家族企业能够适当应对融资方面的问题，促使家族企业能够更好的发展壮大并促进国民经济的发展，缓减我国就业压力，提高国民福利水平。 关键词：家族企业；融资问题；对策 The Study about the financing plight of the family business and countermeasures Abstract：The family business is widespread in the world, according to statistics, more than 80% of the worldwide enterprise belonging to the family business, the world's top 500 enterprises in 37% of family-owned or operated. The family business mostly dominant position in almost all of the world's economically developed areas. This article start with the development and characteristics of family enterprises, analyzing the family business financing status and describing focus on the impact of the family business financing from the internal and external environment factors, propose measures to enhance the family business financing capabilities. This article is intended to provide a valuable advice for the reasonable financing of family business, make appropriate responses to family business financing issues, promote the better development of family businesses and the national economic, alleviate employment pressure in China to raise the welfare level.
